L'Oréal Announces Major Executive Committee Reshuffle Effective 2026
L'Oréal has unveiled substantial alterations to its Executive Committee, slated to take effect from January 1, 2026, with the initial phase of these transitions commencing in October 2025. This comprehensive restructuring aims to bolster the company's leadership capabilities and strategic direction across its most vital markets. The adjustments include new assignments for prominent figures such as David Greenberg, Alexis Perakis-Valat, Fabrice Megarbane, Vianney Derville, Emmanuel Goulin, and Eva Yu, ensuring a refreshed and dynamic leadership team.
A pivotal change sees David Greenberg stepping into the newly created position of Chairman of L'Oréal USA. In this capacity, he will serve as the Group's primary representative for key stakeholders within its largest market. Succeeding him as CEO of L'Oréal USA and President of North America will be Alexis Perakis-Valat, who currently leads the Consumer Products Division. Fabrice Megarbane, currently the Chief Global Growth Officer, will assume leadership of the Consumer Products Division. Concurrently, Vianney Derville, who presently serves as President of Europe, will transition into the Chief Growth Officer role. Furthermore, Emmanuel Goulin, the current President of Travel Retail, will take charge of the Europe Zone, and Eva Yu, President of L'Oréal Hong Kong, is appointed as his successor in Travel Retail, thereby joining the Extended Executive Committee.
