In the first quarter of 2025, ODDITY Tech achieved remarkable financial milestones, driven by robust performances from its beauty brands, IL MAKIAGE and SpoiledChild. This success has prompted the company to raise its full-year projections. Revenue and profitability surged across all core metrics, positioning ODDITY as a leader in the beauty sector with strong consumer engagement and innovative product offerings.

The financial report for the quarter ending March 31 revealed impressive figures. ODDITY's net revenue climbed to US$268 million, marking a 27% increase compared to the previous year. Adjusted EBITDA reached US$52 million, representing a 9% rise from the corresponding period last year. Moreover, the company reported a net income of US$38 million and operating cash flow of US$88 million. Both IL MAKIAGE and SpoiledChild demonstrated double-digit growth, contributing significantly to these results.

ODDITY’s solid financial standing was further highlighted by its balance sheet, showing US$257 million in cash reserves and no outstanding debt. The company plans to introduce a third beauty brand later this year, following a preliminary launch in the third quarter. Additionally, ongoing advancements in the ODDITY LABS molecule discovery platform underscore the organization's commitment to innovation in the beauty industry.

This stellar performance can be attributed to the sustained appeal of ODDITY's high-performance beauty products, coupled with the effectiveness of its direct-to-consumer business model. The company anticipates continued momentum throughout the year, projecting full-year revenue growth between 22% and 23%. Despite potential challenges such as tariff-related issues, ODDITY remains confident in surpassing its long-term objectives.

With its strategic focus on R&D and global expansion, ODDITY is set to maintain its leadership in the beauty market. The company's ability to innovate and adapt to consumer preferences ensures its position as a trailblazer in the industry. As it prepares to unveil new brands and technologies, ODDITY continues to shape the future of beauty commerce.
