This celebratory gathering also paid tribute to the fragrance house's remarkable 40-year journey, acknowledging its evolution from a nascent enterprise four decades ago into a formidable entity within both the French and international fragrance landscapes.

This pivotal occasion served as a moment for introspection, recalling the company's humble beginnings in 1985 under the stewardship of Joël and Brigitte Sabas, and its eventual integration into the esteemed Croda Group in 2021. Concurrently, it cast an optimistic gaze upon the future, articulating a clear vision for perfumery characterized by bespoke creations, innovative approaches, and unwavering commitment to environmental responsibility.

The newly unveiled Creation Centre stands as a tangible representation of Parfex’s profound dedication to fostering growth in a manner that is both responsible and sustainable. This impressive 2,550-square-meter complex is meticulously designed to consolidate all operational teams under a single roof, fostering an environment where creativity can flourish while simultaneously minimizing ecological footprint. The facility intelligently allocates 800 square meters to state-of-the-art laboratory spaces and dedicates 1,750 square meters to modern office areas.

The structure integrates pioneering sustainable elements, such as intelligent façade louvres that facilitate natural climate regulation. Its cladding surpasses the stringent RT2012 thermal standards, ensuring superior insulation. Furthermore, the laboratories are equipped with a specialized ventilation system, engineered to slash energy consumption in that specific area by an astounding 95%.

Remarkably, despite being two and a half times larger than its predecessor, the new facility consumes a third less energy per square meter. It also incorporates an advanced ventilation system with energy recovery capabilities and enhanced insulation. The company plans to further bolster its energy independence with the upcoming installation of 416 additional solar panels.
